Əlilliyin qiymətləndirilməsinin yeni qaydaları qüvvəyə mindikdən sonra təyin olunan pensiyanın məbləği də dəyişəcək. Yəni pensiyanın məbləği orqanizmin funksiyalarının pozulması faizindən asılı olacaq.
2023-cü ilin yanvar ayının 1-də qüvvəyə minəcək yeni qaydalara əsasən, əlillik I, II və III qrup dərəcələndirilməsi əsasında aparılmayacaq.
Yeni qaydalara əsasən həmin şəxslərə təyin olunan pensiyanın məbləğinin əmək qabiliyyətinin itirilmə faizinə uyğun ödənilməsi mexanizmi müəyyən ediləcək. Başqa sözlə, əvvəlki qaydalarda eyni əlillik dərəcəsi olan şəxslərin sığorta göstəricilərinə görə hesablanan pensiya məbləğləri eyni idi.
Ancaq yeni qaydalara görə, orqanizmin funksiyalarının pozulması faizi artdıqca şəxslərə ödənən pensiya məbləğləri də artacaq.
